Job Description – Salon Allrounder

We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and customer-focused Beautician / Salon Allrounder / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in a wide range of hair and skin services, possess strong consultation abilities, and deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality skin care services, including threading, waxing, facials, hydrafacial treatments, clean-ups, and bleaching

• Perform advanced and basic hair cutting services for women, ensuring styles align with client preferences and current trends

• Execute hair coloring services, including root touch-ups, global color, fashion color, balayage, and ombre techniques

• Provide hair treatment services, including keratin, smoothening, and advanced treatments such as nanoplastia (botox)

• Offer hair care services such as hair wash, blow-dry styling, and hair ironing with precision and care

• Conduct manicure and pedicure services, ensuring relaxing and hygienic foot care experiences

• Deliver head and body massage services to enhance overall client relaxation and satisfaction

• Conduct thorough client consultations, recommending suitable services based on hair/skin condition and client preferences

• Maintain a high level of client handling and presentation, ensuring a professional and welcoming salon environment

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitization of tools, equipment, and workstations at all times

• Assist in managing appointments, client flow, and daily salon operations efficiently

• (For Manager role) Supervise staff performance, manage inventory, and support business growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a ladies salon

• Strong expertise across hair, skin, and beauty treatments

• Knowledge of modern beauty techniques and industry trends

• Excellent communication skills with strong consultation abilities

• Presentable personality with a client-first approach

• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced salon environment

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced haircutting and styling techniques

• Expertise in modern coloring and treatment services

• Strong client relationship management and upselling skills

• Basic salon operations and team coordination experience
