Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist specializing in advanced hair colouring techniques and chemical treatments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in global hair colour, balayage, highlights, root touch-ups, and professional hair treatments such as botox and nanoplastia, while ensuring excellent client service and hair care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced hair colouring services including global colour, balayage, highlights, lowlights, and root touch-ups.

• Provide professional chemical treatments such as hair botox, nanoplastia, smoothing, and other restorative treatments.

• Assess hair condition and recommend suitable treatments and styles based on client needs.

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care and maintenance.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of tools and workstations.

• Stay updated with latest hair trends, colouring techniques, and treatment methods.

• Recommend and promote salon products and services.

• Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional hair stylist in a salon environment.

• Strong expertise in hair colouring techniques (global colour, balayage, highlights, root touch-up).

• Knowledge of chemical hair treatments such as botox, nanoplastia, and hair repair therapies.

• Good understanding of hair types, textures, and scalp health.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Relevant certification or training in hair styling/beauty (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in professional hair styling and chemical treatments preferred.
