Role Summary
The Salon Professional provides a range of hair, beauty, and nail services to enhance clients’ appearance and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role requires expertise in grooming treatments, personalized consultations, and maintaining professional hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable hair, skin, and nail services.
• Perform hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair treatments, and basic scalp care.
• Provide beauty treatments such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and makeup application.
• Deliver nail care services including manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, gel polish, and nail art.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools, equipment, and workstations in line with salon hygiene standards.
• Recommend appropriate beauty, hair, and nail care products to clients.
• Stay updated with current beauty, hair, and nail trends and techniques.
• Ensure excellent customer service, manage appointments, and maintain client satisfaction and retention.
