Future Placement Partner Academy Partner

SALONCAREER ("Placement Partner")  AND  ________________________ ("Training Partner")

1. Purpose

This MoU establishes a strategic collaboration under which SalonCareer will facilitate access to relevant employment opportunities, employer connections and career support for eligible students trained by the Training Partner. The parties intend to create a structured pathway from skill development to employment in the beauty and wellness industry.

2. Key Collaboration

The collaboration may include student registration and professional profile/resume development on SalonCareer, sharing of relevant job opportunities, employer–candidate matchmaking, recruitment drives, career guidance, employability/industry workshops and other mutually agreed career initiatives.

3. Responsibilities of the Training Partner

The Training Partner will provide accurate and updated student information with appropriate consent, encourage eligible students to register and maintain professional profiles, communicate relevant opportunities, coordinate recruitment activities, and nominate an authorised representative for coordination with SalonCareer.

4. SalonCareer's Role & Placement Protection

SalonCareer will use reasonable efforts to connect eligible students with relevant employers and provide career/employability support where reasonably possible. SalonCareer acts solely as a placement facilitator and does not guarantee employment, selection, salary, number of placements, joining, retention or any employer decision. All final employment terms and decisions remain solely between the candidate and the employer.

5. Confidentiality, Data & Non-Circumvention

Both parties shall maintain reasonable confidentiality of information shared under this MoU. Student information shall be used only for legitimate career, registration, recruitment, employer-matching and related employment purposes, with required consent. Where SalonCareer introduces an employer or opportunity, both parties shall act transparently and in good faith and shall not intentionally circumvent the legitimate interests of the other party.

6. Brand & Intellectual Property

Neither party may use the other party's name, logo, brand, content, technology or other intellectual property except with appropriate permission and for agreed partnership activities. Ownership of each party's respective intellectual property remains with that party.

7. Term, Termination & Legal Nature

This MoU remains valid for one (1) year from the Effective Date and may be renewed by mutual agreement. Either party may terminate it with 30 days' written notice; immediate termination may apply in cases including fraud, material misrepresentation, misuse of confidential information, serious misconduct, unlawful activity or material breach. This MoU does not create a partnership firm, joint venture, agency, employment or franchise relationship, and neither party may bind the other without prior written authorisation. The MoU is governed by the laws of India; disputes will first be addressed through good-faith mutual discussion.
