Looks Salon is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a smooth salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage appointments, calls, and walk-ins
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and maintain client records
• Coordinate with stylists and salon staff for seamless service
• Promote salon services, offers, and memberships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of receptionist or front desk experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge
• Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
• Experience in salon, retail, or hospitality industry preferred
